My New England Summer Bucket List

I am in total disbelief it is now Summertime, and short season is in full swing. I am feeling so excited for our first summer back in Maine, after spending nearly three years in Dallas. I am relieved to be free of crazy hot weather, and am looking forward to beach days here in Maine.  Just recently, we enjoyed the last Old Port fest here downtown Portland, and was treated to a FREE 30 minute sail around Casco Bay, and LOVED every second of it. Sailing on the water was the coolest summertime activity, and was the best kickoff to our summer. We can’t wait to do more activities similar (and hopefully as relaxing) as that one. I can’t believe how fast this year has flown by, and I am determined to make the summertime months fun, memorable, and packed full of fun. This year I have pick only a few key activities, because I am bound and determined to have a “go with the flow” type of summer. This year has been incredibly fast paced, and I’m beyond ready to soak up the sun, and just enjoy these next few Summer months. Today I am sharing my personal summertime New England based Bucket List, I hope it inspires you for your own.

New England Summer Bucket List

Between balancing busy work schedules, house hunting, and just trying to stay sane… it’s safe to say we’re ready to have fun this summer. This year has been SO incredibly busy for our little family, and we can’t wait for lazy days spent at the beach. I’m ready for gorgeous sunsets, beachy hair, and all of the ice cream I can handle.
