Hello friends, how are are you all doing today? I’ve been receiving a lot of questions about my morning routine, and that “strange blue stuff” I add into my coffee each and every morning (I swear it’s not blue haha!). I have been taking this collagen for a little over a year now, and it’s become a staple in my morning routine. I knew the sooner I took collagen, the better, in terms of keeping my skin, hair and nails in tip top shape. My top choice for collagen? Vital Proteins because it’s natural and has one simple ingredient. When I began taking collagen, I noticed a huge difference in my skin overall. I noticed it seemed brighter, and even had a glow to it. My nails began growing faster, and they didn’t seem to break or chip as often.
